To ensure food safety, strict detection of nitrite content is required. The dataset mainly includes nitrite content in food and relevant detection data for safety evaluation. Based on the detection data, we can determine whether nitrite in food meets safety standards, preventing food safety issues caused by excessive or non-compliant nitrite. Real-time data updates enable real-time monitoring of the entire food production process to ensure food safety.
1. Data Collection: Collect raw data including sample names from food production and sales outlets.
2. Data Detection: Preprocess the nitrite samples from the collected specimens to facilitate subsequent detection. Use appropriate instruments and methods to conduct qualitative and quantitative detection of nitrite in food, organize and analyze the detection data, and calculate the nitrite content of each sample.
3. Data Processing: Aggregate the collected food names and their corresponding nitrite contents. Compare the measured nitrite content of the food with the standard nitrite content limit for the corresponding food variety to determine whether the food is qualified. The formula for the excess proportion of food nitrite content is: (Measured nitrite content - Standard nitrite content limit) / Standard nitrite content limit.
4.
