Data for the article:The northern wheatear is reducing its distribution in its southernmost European range and moving to higher altitudes

The dataset corresponds to the presence-absence of the Northern Wheatear (<i>Oenanthe o</i><i>enanthe</i>) in each Operational Geographic Unit (OGU) of our study area for both time periods (2003 and 2022). These are the presence-absence data we used to carry out the analyses of our study, which were obtained from the two most recent Spanish bird atlases.The uploaded excel file contains three columns whose information is explained below:- UTMCODE --&gt; Identifier of each OGU in our study area- Oena_oena_2003 --&gt; Presence (1) / Absence (0) of the species in each OGU in 2003- Oena_oena_2022 --&gt; Presence (1) / Absence (0) of the species in each OGU in 2022
