Data from: Enhanced thermoregulation abilities of shortfin mako sharks as the key adaptive significance of regional endothermy in fishes

The files “Mako1–4.csv” contains time series data on water temperature, muscle temperature, depth, and swim speed for shortfin mako sharks. The file "DeepDive.csv” contains a list of deep dive durations and depths of mako sharks. The file "kvalues.csv" contains data on body mass and heat transfer coefficients of 25 fish species.
