Amplicon metagenome sequencing of mangrove soil

Mangrove soil was collected from Tanjung Piai National Park, Johor, and pre-processed. The metagenome was extracted from the pre-processed mangrove soil using ZymoBIOMICS DNA Miniprep kit. The amplicon metagenome of the mangrove soil was sequenced. Amplicon sequence variants (ASVs) assignments and analyses of whole microbial communities structure and abundance in mangrove soil were determined.
