Using whole genome sequencing data, with necessary isolate clinical, demographic and laboratory data, Juno2 aims to: 1. To investigate Group B Streptococcus (GBS) transmission and carriage dynamics, to improve understanding of geographic variation in prevalence of invasive GBS isolates and to Ddevelop a Group B Streptococcus (GBS) invasiveness model using genomic sequencing data, 2. Investigate geographic variation in prevalence of invasive GBS isolates and 3. Improve understanding of GBS transmission and carriage dynamics.
