This file contains data used and prepared for the manuscript "Climate-Driven Alterations in Wetlandscape Properties Intensify Phytoplankton Blooms in Lake Winnipeg" by Forough Fendereski, Irena F. It includes time series of phytoplankton bloom magnitude and extent in Lake Winnipeg from 1984 to 2023, in situ chlorophyll-a and nutrient concentrations in Lake Winnipeg, annual nutrient loading to Lake Winnipeg, surface temperature over Lake Winnipeg, wetlandscape properties of the Lake Winnipeg sub-watersheds, average nutrient loads from each major river to Lake Winnipeg, and land cover area and percentage over each Lake Winnipeg sub-watershed.
