We have obtained WC records (including agricultural, industrial, public, urban domestic, rural domestic and ecological WC) for prefecture-level administrative regions in city-level China. Total WC is the aggregation of six components of sectoral WC. Urban WC is calculated by the aggregation of industrial WC and urban domestic WC. Rural WC is calculated by the aggregation of agricultural WC and rural domestic WC.
