clinical isolates initially identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, were obtained from Soba Teaching Hospital, Police’s Hospital, National Laboratory for Public Health, Ear Nose Throat Hospital and Military Hospital in Khartoum State–Sudan. The samples were collected from patients suffering from urinary tract infections, respiratory tract infections, blood infections, wound and ear infections. Data was collected from hospitals records. This data containing file contain the data of all samples included in this study from identification, sensitivity testing until different beta-lactamases genes detection.
