Newly purchased items in the SLUB catalogue in 2023

The data set is available as a compressed, line-delimited JSON file and contains the 44,151 documents with newly purchased items in the SLUB catalogue in 2023 with the fields id (document identifier), record_id (record identifier), rsn_id_str_mv (record serial number), barcode_de14 (item barcodes), de14_purchase_date (timestamp), de14_purchase_date_mv (timestamps), facet_de14_acquisition_code (parameters) and facet_de14_statistic_code (parameters). The id consists of a source id and a record id according to the scheme {source_id}-{record_id} and enables the detailed view of a document to be retrieved using the following URL scheme: https://katalog.slub-dresden.de/id/{id}. Example: https://katalog.slub-dresden.de/id/0-185178604X. Since the documents in this data set originate exclusively from the Southwest German Library Network (SWB), the source id is always 0 and the record id corresponds to the Pica Production Number (PPN) of the K10plus. The value for the field record_id is based on the RID field of the corresponding title in the Libero Library Management System and equals the PPN of the SWB or that of the K10plus. The string field is defined in finc's Solr index schema. The PPN value also enables the detailed view of a document to be retrieved using the following URL scheme: https://katalog.slub-dresden.de/ppn/{ppn}. Example: https://katalog.slub-dresden.de/ppn/185178604X. The value for the field rsn_id_str_mv is based on the RSN field of the corresponding title in the Libero LMS, it is additionally prefixed with DE-14, i.e. the ISIL identifier of the SLUB. The multi-valued string field is a dynamic field according to VuFind's Solr index schema. The RSN value also enables the detailed view of a document to be retrieved using the following URL scheme: https://katalog.slub-dresden.de/rsn/{rsn}. Example: https://katalog.slub-dresden.de/rsn/16992029. The values for the field barcode_de14 are based on the Barcode field of the corresponding items in the Libero LMS. The multi-valued barcode field is a dynamic field according to finc's Solr index schema. The barcode values also enable the detailed view of a document to be retrieved using the following URL scheme: https://katalog.slub-dresden.de/bc/{bc}. Example: https://katalog.slub-dresden.de/bc/35127303. The values for the fields de14_purchase_date and de14_purchase_date_mv are based on the DatePurchased field of the corresponding items in the Libero LMS. While the multi-valued field de14_purchase_date_mv contains all dates from the year 2023 that could be assigned to a document, only the most recent date is specified in the field de14_purchase_date. Both fields are dynamic fields according to VuFind's Solr index schema. The acquisition parameters specified in the field facet_de14_acquisition_code are based on the AcquisitionType field of the corresponding items in the Libero LMS. The multi-valued facet field is a dynamic field according to finc's Solr index schema. A complete list of acquisition types that appear in the data set is available as a CSV file. In addition to the codes, their translations can be found there. The statistic parameters specified in the field facet_de14_statistic_code are based on the Statistic1 field of the corresponding items in the Libero LMS. The multi-valued facet field is a dynamic field according to finc's Solr index schema. A complete list of the statistics that appear in the data set is also available as a CSV file.
