Using ATAC-seq we examined changes in chromatin accessibility following MLL-AF9 degradation in MLL-AF9-HA-FKBP12 transformed hCD34+ cells (HCB1) after 180 minutes. Chromatin accessibility was assessed in the MLL-AF9-HA-FKBP12 transformed hCD34+ cells (HCB1) following MLL-AF9 degradation after 180 minutes of 500nM dTAG-VHL treatment, compared to DMSO control.
