This series is a register relating to inmate punishments at an unidentified community service home.The register does not contain any entries besides the initials and dates of the Manager or Superintendent at the top of the first page.The initials look like 'DB' and begin in July 1959. The Public Service List for 1959 was checked and there is a Douglas Brown as Manager of Werrington Park in St Marys for that year. It is possible that this register is for Werrington Park but this is not certain. The headings within the register include date of offence, name of offender, date of birth, misconduct alleged, name of complainant and witnesses, date of hearing and determination, plea, decision, signature of superintendent, and details of the punishment.
