Metagenomic Analysis of Microbial Diversity of Industrial Effluent contaminated Soil samples from Dadra & Nagar Haveli

Our study aims to explore the microbial diversity of Dadra & Nagar Haveli (DNH) from various industrially contaminated soil samples. We chose the project as the microbial diversity of Tribal Belt of DNH, is still to be explored. Further, DNH is having an Industrial belt and an indigenous forest area also. The outcomes of the study shall provide an insight into unexplored potential with some possible novel gene pools, with potential industrial applicability in the benefit of mankind, from the area of DNH, UT of DD & DNh, India.
