this study aims to explore factors shaping sustainable employee performance. The analysis method used is a Systematic Literature Review with a PRISMA approach. The reviewed articles consist of 50 selected articles that meet the specified criteria. This research is sourced from the Scopus database. The results show that the 50 selected articles come from various countries. Additionally, the majority of the selected articles were published in 2023. Furthermore, 13 factors have been identified that can influence sustainable employee performance: Human Resource Management (HRM), Leadership, Psychological factors, Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, Organizational Learning, Compensation, Commitment, Motivation, Employee Resilience, Digital Technology, Training, and Empowerment
