Root-associated fungi from Plantago lanceolata from growth chamber experiment

Climate change is shifting the distribution off species, and may have a profound impact on the ecology and evolution of species interactions. The goal was to determine the impact of temperature and soil moisture on the interactions between plants and their root-associated fungi by using a reciprocal multi-factorial growth chamber experiment. Plantago lanceolata plants were inoculated with fungal communities collected in P. lanceolata populations from Sweden.
