Figure 1. The results of the disk susceptibility test. (A) The average zone of inhibition (mm) of soil microbes against gallotannin of different concentrations (1 mg/mL, 2 mg/mL, and 4 mg/mL) expressed as the difference from control (i.e. 0 mg/mL) which did not show any sign of inhibition. The number of replicates of each trial was shown next to species name : Bacillus pseudomycoides (8), Lysinibacillus boronitolerans (9), L. pakistanensis (7), Paenibacillus dendritiformis (8), Pa. elgii (5), Burkholderia ambifaria (7), Bu. pyrrocinia (8), Pseudomonas koreensis (4). The significance of the planned comparisons with control is marked with asterisks; ‘*’ for 0.01≤Pthe disk susceptibility tests with Lysinibacillus pakistanensis (B) and Paenibaciilus dendritiformis (C). The diameter of the paper disks was 6 mm.
