Acinetobacter baumannii Genome sequencing and assembly

Genome sequencing was performed on clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii, followed by multilocus sequence typing (MLST) and capsular polysaccharide (CPS) gene cluster typing. Strains representing distinct MLST sequence types and CPS genotypes were selected to assess the synergistic antibacterial activity of bacteriophage antibiotic combinations.
