NEX-Laminate v1.0.0 is a reproducible analytical dataset containing 10,000 unique IM7/8552 composite laminate stacking sequences with deterministic classical lamination theory (CLT) labels. The sequences span 8, 12, 16, 20, and 24 plies and satisfy declared manufacturing constraints, including symmetry, balance, outer ±45° plies, maximum three-ply contiguity, and a minimum 10% fraction for each standard orientation. The 65-column dataset provides ordered layups, rule descriptors, mass and thickness values, lamination parameters, extensional and bending stiffness components, engineering constants, first-ply capacities under Tsai–Hill and maximum-stress criteria, provenance identifiers, and predefined benchmark partitions. Separate group-safe splits are supplied for forward property prediction and conditional inverse design. All 24-ply records form a matched-sampling ply-count and thickness out-of-distribution test set. All generated records are explicitly labelled `F0_CLT`. They are deterministic analytical calculations and are not experimental measurements, finite-element results, or AI/LLM-generated data. The included 49 NCAMP summary records document material-card provenance only and do not constitute sequence-level experimental validation. Planned physical-validation records are clearly marked `planned_not_observed`. The release includes the complete compressed dataset, a 250-record preview, material card, data dictionary, provenance metadata, generation and validation code, executable notebook, dependency specifications, SHA-256 checksums, and machine-readable quality-assurance, full-regeneration, and independent CLT audit reports.
