Experimental data for paper: Interfacial Properties of Tridecyl Dimethyl Phosphine Oxide Adsorbed at the Surface of a Solution Drop in Hexane Saturated Air. The presented data are measured dynamic surface tension of Tridecyl Dimethyl Phosphine Oxide in water against air and alkane vapors, by profile analysis tensiometry. It also includes data analysis standard deviation from Young-Laplace fitting, and theoretical analysis illustrating isotherm of adsorption.
