Supplementary files to generate figures, tables, and other results for "Genomic diversity landscapes in outcrossing and selfing Caenorhabditis nematodes" by Teterina AA, Willis JH, Lukac M, Jovelin R, Cutter AD, Phillips PCIn this work, we study the effects of reproduction mode on genetic diversity landscapes in nematodes. The files in the repository can be used to generate the following:diversity landscapes of <i>C. elegans</i> and <i>C. remanei</i> populationsgenetic map for <i>C. remanei</i>population histories of <i>C. elegans</i> and <i>C. remanei</i> populationslinkage disequilibrium patterns along the genome for <i>C. elegans</i> and <i>C. remanei</i>divergence pattern of <i>C. remanei</i> and substituting spectrums from ancestral statesdiversity landscapes from evolutionary simulations where we changed the reproduction mode, mutation landscape, and selection regime and also used a recombination map<br>For more detailed descriptions of the files, please refer to the README.txt file.The code for the project is available at https://github.com/phillips-lab/CR_CE_popgen
