Methodological matrix and psychophysiological basis of selected resource recovery strategies for medical workers under wartime stress.

This research dataset presents a methodological matrix designed to evaluate and adapt selected psychological resource recovery strategies among healthcare workers as a core group of socionomic professions during the war in Ukraine. It systematically categorizes these selected individual, interpersonal, and organizational strategies, maps relevant psychodiagnostic tools, outlines core Ukrainian conceptual models (such as the frameworks of O. Kokun, T. Tytarenko, L. Karamushka, and H. Lazos), details contextual and methodological limitations under chronic stress, and projects future directions for research into the functional balance of the nervous system and adaptation.
