Nanopore metagenomic sequencing of respiratory samples from CAP patients

This BioProject contains metagenomic sequencing data from respiratory samples (swabs and lower respiratory tract specimens) obtained from patients with community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). The data were generated using Oxford Nanopore Technology to identify the pathogen(s) in the context of pneumonia. Human reads were filtered before submission.
