资源简介:
This research examined 5 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) related to lipid metabolism in 148 patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and 230 healthy controls, including rs2727572 in PRKAG2, rs1799822 in CPT2, rs10046 in CYP19A1, rs2197076 in FABP1 and rs8192950 in CES1. This data specifically included the clinical characteristics and SNPs information of the patients and the control group, and has been encoded to protect personal privacy. In detail, Sex 0 refers to female, 1 refers to male; Age 0 refers to <60 yeas old, 1 refers to ≥60 yeas old; B symbol 0 refers to no,1 refers to yes; ECOG 0 refers to <2 scores, 1 refers to ≥2 scores; Ann Arbor 0 refers to I/II stage, 1 refers to III/IV stage; IPI 0 refers to 0-2 scores, 1 refers to 3-5 scores; WBC count 0 refers to <10×10^9/L, 1 refers to ≥10×10^9/L; HGB count 0 refers to ≥120g/L, 1 refers to <120g/L; PLT count 0 refers to ≥100×10^9/L, 1 refers to <100×10^9/L; CR 0 refers to no CR, 1 refers to CR; Status 0 refers to alive, 1 refers to dead. This study aimed to explore the influence of lipid metabolism-related SNPs on the susceptibility, risk stratification, treatment response and survival prognosis of DLBCL by analyzing the above clinical characteristics and SNP genotypes.
