The influence of Candida albicans infection on oral epithelium. Musculus

The aim of this study was to explore the influence of Candida albicans (C. albicans) on oral epithelium. C57BL/6N mice were divided into 2 groups: mice in Infection group (encoded as CA) were infected with C. albicans for 8 months, mice in Control group (encoded as C) were not infected with C. albicans. Transcriptomic analysis was performed of the tongue epithelium.
