Replacing conventional feed ingredients with agro-industrial by-products may reduce the environmental impacts of dairy production systems. Therefore, this material is used in a study which evaluated the carbon footprint and selected environmental impacts related to water and soil use and contamination associated with feeding grape pomace to dairy cows.
