Low coverage whole genome sequencing of dog samples collected by the Working Dog Project. Canis lupus familiaris

Low coverage (1x) whole genome sequencing of genomic DNA derived from saliva samples collected from domestic dogs (Canis lupus familiaris) registered with the Working Dog Project. These "working dogs" are animals fulfilling roles in assistance / service, security / military / rescue, therapy, farming, hunting / field work, and/or sports. The Working Dog Project is a shared, open access resource that will support the development of new genetics tools for working dog programs.
