Targeted degradation of BRD9 reverses oncogenic gene expression in synovial sarcoma [ChIP-seq]

We used a CRISPR-based screening approach to identify functional vulnerabilities in pediatric sarcoma cell types, identifying BRD9 as an important dependency in synovial sarcoma cells.
