The following MAT files contain the phase, magnitude images after image pre-processing and corrections (section 2.3 in manuscript), the R2* maps (section 2.4 in manuscript) and 'initial mask' (section 2.5 in manuscript). The timepoints are BL=baseline, 9mth=9month, 24mth=24month.The field strengths were 3T and 7T (all Siemens Healthcare, Erlangen, Germany) with a 20-channel and 32-channel head coil respectively.
