We show that specific RNAs are coimmunoprecipitated in a tetracycline-dependent manner with the Flag-tagged peptide peTrpL of S. meliloti Overall design: RNA coimmunoprezipitated with the Flag-tagged peptide was compared to the RNA of the mock CoIP with a strain with similarly induced, non-tagged peptide.
