The study used E-probe Diagnostic Nucleic Acid Analysis (EDNA) integrated with MiFi technology to design and validate species-specific e-probes for detecting C. glycines. In vitro detection involved analyzing samples inoculated with C. glycines isolates (n=5) and soybean DNA that was spiked with six different concentrations of C. glycines DNA (100 pg, 10 pg, 1 pg, 100 fg, 10 fg, and 1 fg) from two isolates.
