Digital Archive from an Archaeological Excavation at Gretton Road, Gotherington, Gloucestershire, 2020-2021

This collection comprises text, image, spreadsheet, database and GIS data from an archaeological excavation at Gretton Road, Gotherington, Gloucestershire. The programme of archaeological investigation was undertaken by Cotswold Archaeology between November 2020 and February 2021. An area of 1.2 hectares was excavated within the development site. The excavation revealed the remains of several sub-circular enclosures and a small number of pits and postholes. The majority of the features produced material of later Iron Age date, although the quantities of finds were relatively small.
