GBS of a rapeseed reciprocal introgression population

To map QTL for waterlogging tolerance, a reciprocal intervarietal introgression lines (IL) were developed from GH01 (waterlogging sensitive inbred line) × ZS9 (waterlogging tolerance cultivar), and the population together with the parents were genotyped by GBS. Finally 6 major QTLs for waterlogging tolerance were identified and 12 candidate genes were identified for further study. The results in our study provided genetic resources and candidate genes to address the urgent demand of improving waterlogging tolerance.
