CAFuncAPA

Here, we construct CAFuncAPA (systematic functional annotation of APA events in human cancers), aiming to provide comprehensive and systematical functional annotation resource for APA events in cancer. The current version of CAFuncAPA provides 11,457 APA events of 32 cancer types in TCGA.本研究构建了CAFuncAPA（即人类癌症可变多聚腺苷酸化（APA，alternative polyadenylation）事件的系统性功能注释，systematic functional annotation of APA events in human cancers），旨在为癌症中的APA事件提供全面且系统的功能注释资源。当前版本的CAFuncAPA收录了癌症基因组图谱（TCGA，The Cancer Genome Atlas）中32种癌症类型的11457条APA事件。
