NRS-3008 | Record of rations issued to Aboriginals

This is a tabulated record of weekly rations of flour, tea and sugar issued to individual Aboriginals (listed by name) in the Gloucester area.This series is part of a volume previously used for NRS 3007, Bench book, 3 November 1879-12 March 1886 created by the Gloucester Court of Petty Sessions. The Gloucester Police had acted as Clerk to the Gloucester Court of Petty Sessions [I]. Following the closure of the court in 1886 this series appears to have been kept by the Gloucester Police. The volume later passed into the control of the Gloucester Court of Petty Sessions [II] and was transferred as a State archive by that court in January 1978.(3/17986 part). 1 vol (part).
