These fastq files contain the quality-assessed and trimmed ddRAD sequencing data for F1 and F2 samples resulting from crosses between northern and southern Alberta populations of mountain pine beetle (Dendroctonus ponderosae). These data were used to produce linkage maps and improve the genome assemblies for both sexes of mountain pine beetle.
