Following our successful discovery of a stable X-ray quasi-periodic oscillation openParQPOclosePar and an ultra fast outflow from the poster child tidal disruption flare openParTDFclosePar ASASSN-14li with XMM comma we propose TOO observations openPar50+100 ksclosePar of a newly discovered TDF in cycle 19. The primary goals are to 1closePar search for a QPO whose period--combined with the black hole mass--will directly constrain the hole.s spin comma 2closePar measure the dependence of super-Eddington accretion flow properties on mass accretion rate using RGS spectra comma and 3closePar search for a correlated behavior comma and a time lag comma between the X-ray and the UV light curves using OM data to measure the newly formed accretion disk.s size. All these science goals rely on highly sensitive comma uninterrupted observations which can currently only be made by XMM.
