Wireless Electrical-Molecular Quantum Signalling for Cancer Cell Induced Death

To investigate the effect of electric fileds on the electrical-molecular signalling, we performed transcriptomic analysis on a sample of glioblastoma cells and healthy cortical astrocytes. Qiagen perform the RNA seq analysis of samples, to interrogate the effect of the of the bioelectronic communication tool on gene expression and regulation. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for patient dervided glioblastoma cells (GIN and GCE) and normal cortical astrocytes upon treatment with nanoparticles and alternating current electric fields.
