资源简介:
This study was undertaken in three stages. Firstly, a systematic review was conducted using PRISMA framework to identify challenges and potential solutions to the challenges hindering the food systems to provide safe food for all. Secondly, the potential solutions identified from the review were used to develop an online questionnaire for stakeholder interviews. Stakeholders in the food systems participated in the prioritisation of potential actions by voting the actions they think are most likely to transform the food systems for a safer food systems. Lastly, a shortlist of potential no-regret actions was used to develop another questionnaire for validation interviews. Participants were again asked to validate the actions by voting the actions they think should be prioritised and considered as no-regret actions to transform the food systems. This qualitative data consist of synthesis of the potential actions from the review and stakeholder responses or action votes from the online stakeholder interviews.
