NAIL: an evolutionarily conserved lncRNA essential for coordinating p38 activation and NFκB mediated chromatin remodelling in inflammation_3

We report the differential gene expression analysis in MCF7-NAILWT and MCF7-NAILΔNFκB cells stimulated with TNF alpha for 0min, 45min and 90 min. Raw reads were aligned to mouse genome mm10 by Tophat2 .
