Functional and Structural Segregation of Overlapping Helices in HIV-1

We report deep mutational scanning data for the Env protein's LLP-2 domain in the NL4-3 strain HIV-1 Env. Processed Data repersents counts for each amino acid pre and post spread Overall design: Each fastq file represents either a pre or post-selection virus in which a single codon of the Env LLP-2 has been randomized to NNN. Pre-selection (Inputs) are roughly randomly spread out amongst all 64 codons, while post selection viruses represent only amino acids that are viable in a spreading assay.
