To investigate the regulatory role of luminal hormone-responsive (LumHR) for lumianl secretory precursor (LumSecP) differentiation, the goat mammary gland organoids were used to assess the alteration of cell types in response to prolactin. Primary mammary organoids were prepared from 8-month-old female dairy goat without mating.
