Nanopore sequencing data of S. cerevisiae for telomere length measurement

Whole genome sequencing data of S. cerevisiae was collected to develop and validate a Nanopore sequencing method for telomere length measurement. This data was used to interrogate telomere length at an single telomere level and make observations about telomere length regulation, including minimal telomere length, subtelomeric sequence effects on telomere regulation, and telomere recombination.
