The following files pertain to AM Bench 2025 (https://www.nist.gov/ambench) challenges for AMB2025-06: Arrays of adjacent laser tracks (pads) on alloy 718 plate with two pad sizes and three scenarios - no powder layer and a single alloy 718 powder layer, two thicknesses AND AMB2025-07: Arrays of adjacent laser tracks (pads) on bare alloy 718 plate with varying turn-around time. The calibration data includes information on the plate material, powder feedstock, spread layer, laser scan path, and single-track, laser scan melt pool cross-sections. It also includes challenge submission templates. Answer keys (completed submission templates with measurement results) are also provided to the challenge problems.
