资源简介:
In this study, a representative dataset was constructed by systematically collecting and integrating experimental data from recently published literature on the synthesis of zeolites and their gas adsorption properties. The dataset includes XRD data, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) data, nitrogen and carbon dioxide adsorption data, multi-component breakthrough curves, kinetic data, kinetic equation fitting results, isotherm fitting parameters, IAST selectivity calculations, and heats of adsorption. Samples were synthesized via a hydrothermal crystallization method, followed by washing and drying. The phase purity of the as-synthesized sample was characterized using an X-ray diffractometer (Panalytical X’Pert Powder), and its CHA topology structure was confirmed by comparison with standard patterns from the International Zeolite Association. The relative crystallinity was calculated using Highscore software, while the micromorphology was observed via scanning electron microscopy (ZEISS Gemini SEM 300). N₂/CO₂ adsorption isotherms were collected on a BSD-660M adsorption instrument, and dual-site Langmuir-Freundlich equations were employed for fitting within the AIM software platform, yielding R² values exceeding 0.9999. Selectivity parameters were subsequently computed based on the Ideal Adsorbed Solution Theory (IAST). Isosteric heats of adsorption were derived from temperature-dependent adsorption isotherms analyzed using the Virial equation. Prior to breakthrough experiments, vacuum dehydration pretreatment was performed on ~0.6 g of granular zeolite (40–60 mesh). Dynamic adsorption tests were conducted in a thermostatic water bath system. Kinetic data were obtained through dynamic chromatography measurements, and the resulting curves were fitted using appropriate kinetic models in Origin software.
