It contains specific aggregated information including acceptance time, involved regions, involved industrial sectors, types of reported issues, handling results of work safety report and complaint matters received through channels such as the 12350 hotline in 2024. It can be used for dynamic investigation and trend analysis of work safety risks and hidden dangers, precise formulation of regulatory and law enforcement measures for key industrial sectors, efficiency evaluation and optimization of the report and complaint handling mechanism, as well as information feedback and public disclosure to support public participation in work safety supervision and other related applications.
