ZD and ZD91 Metagenome

In the current study, we employed pyrosequencing to assess the dynamics of the structures of the bacterial communities that inhabit the rhizospheres of transgenic soybean (ZD91) with high content of methionine during pod-setting stage in an experimental field in comparison with those in corresponding non-transgenic soybean (ZD). The obtained sequence information permitted us to establish assumption with respect to the effect of the rhizosphere of transgenic soybean, over time, on the associated bacterial communities.
