Blue Accounting: Coastal Wetlands Enhancement, Restoration, and Protection Investment Acreage

This dashboard shows the combined protected, restored and enhanced coastal wetland investment project acreage in the Great Lakes Basin for 86% of the Blue Accounting Coastal Wetlands Investments Database. Data will be updated periodically as it is submitted to the Blue Accounting Coastal Wetlands Investments Database and verified. The dashboard shows progress on the Blue Accounting Coastal Wetland Issue's metric, Total Coastal Wetland Acreage Protected, Enhanced or Restored that supports the objective to "Reach Great Lakes Restoration Initiative (GLRI) Action Plan ll and lll's Annual Coastal Wetland Acreage Target Values." Both the objective and metric support the Coastal Assembly and the Blue Accounting Coastal Wetland Issue's second goal to "Support Diverse Wetland Types that are Resilient and Adaptable to Changing Conditions." Users can toggle between graphs and indicators to view both GLRI progress made against Action Plan ll and lll and overall combined project acreage from all data sources listed in the Blue Accounting Coastal Wetlands Investments database.
