A board (100) and a manufacturing method therefor; the board (100) comprises at least two sets of partial boards (110， 120)， each set of partial boards (110， 120) comprising at least two panels (111， 112， 121， 122); the at least two panels (111， 112， 121， 122) are irregularly stacked such that the at least two sets of partial boards (110， 120) form a whole board (100) which has an area greater than that of the partial boards (110， 120). The board (100) features good blocking performance and high strength.
