Modulation of behavioral and hippocampal transcriptomic responses in rat prolonged chronic unpredictable stress model by fluoxetine, eicosapentaenoic acid and lipopolysaccharide

Here, we examine behavioral and brain transcriptomic (RNA-seq) responses in rat prolonged chronic unpredictable stress (PCUS) model, and their modulation by 4-week treatment with fluoxetine, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and their combinations.本研究探究了大鼠长期慢性不可预知应激（PCUS）模型的行为学与大脑转录组（RNA-seq）应答情况，以及氟西汀、二十碳五烯酸（EPA）、脂多糖（LPS）及其联合给药方案开展4周治疗对上述应答的调控效应。
