76-Subject Single-Excitation Wideband MPRAGE Human Brain MRI Dataset
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the first dedicated human brain Single-Excitation Wideband (SE-Wideband) MRI dataset, established as part of a government-funded brain mapping initiative in Taiwan. The dataset comprises 76 healthy adult subjects (approximately 8,000 paired 2D magnitude image slices) acquired on a Siemens 3T PRISMA scanner. The dataset is organized into three separate compressed ZIP archives, corresponding to three distinct 3D Cartesian volumetric acquisition protocols sectioned into synchronized axial slices: Standard MPRAGE: Fully sampled anatomical reference targets. SE Wideband MPRAGE: Native 2x accelerated acquisitions exhibiting sequence-induced spatial blur. SE Wideband-GRAPPA MPRAGE: Combined 2x Wideband with GRAPPA R=2 (~3.5x effective acceleration) exhibiting compounded artifacts. To safeguard participant privacy in accordance with IRB guidelines, all personal clinical metadata and identifiers were completely removed, and subjects were assigned randomized sequential IDs. Within each subject folder across the three ZIP archives, identical image file naming and 2D slice indexing are strictly maintained. This synchronized cross-archive structure preserves precise spatial alignment and enables direct one-to-one paired image retrieval across modalities, establishing a standardized target-to-input mapping essential for training, validating, and benchmarking image-domain deep learning restoration algorithms in accelerated MRI.
