Data for: Male reproductive skew and female multiple mating in the Qinghai toad-headed lizard (Phrynocephalus vlangalii)

This dataset contains three files associated with the study “Male reproductive skew and female multiple mating in the Qinghai toad-headed lizard (Phrynocephalus vlangalii)”. The data were collected from semi-natural enclosures and include individual phenotypic traits, mating information, and analytical code.（1）Table1_male_phenotype_by_enclosure.csv This file records phenotypic traits of adult male lizards within each enclosure, including body size and reproductive outcomes. It also documents mating and paternity information for each male.（2）Table2_female_phenotype_by_enclosure.csv This file records phenotypic traits of adult female lizards within each enclosure, including body size and reproductive status. It also includes mating information and parentage assignments for each female.（3）R_analysis_script.R This file contains the R script used for statistical analyses and figure generation in the study.Together, these files provide the data necessary to reproduce the analyses of male reproductive skew and female multiple mating in P. vlangalii.
